Alan's First Blog

The first activity we did on Monday was watch a MindFulness for Kids video. It told us to do our work and be quiet while doing our work. 

The next activity we did on Monday was do a Dragon Breath Meditation. The dragon breath meditation was to calm yourself.

The next activity we did was setting goals during the crisis distance learning, for example we could set a goal for a grade like to get an A in a class. After that, we planned on how we would reach our goals. 

Then, to end the day everyone that had to finish homework worked and everyone that turned in everything got to leave.
