Ava's First Blog

Today, in Ms. Nakada's class, we went over Axel's blog and make corrections on it. We then listened to Daniel read his essay about how he believes that people can make other people fall in love with them. Then, we went to the Jamboard, and we went over slides 7 and 8. On slide 8 we talked about how George Washington supported slavery. The next thing we did was we read: "Feel Dumb," "Wishes," and "Hiding." After that, we got put in breakout rooms to read more poems from Inside Out and Back Again. When we returned to the main session, we shared out three words that described the poem we read. Then, we took the end of the week quiz and wrote one sentence for a few poems. Then, we got to go.
